This little beauty was waiting in my inbox when I returned from Baltimore. Adam Guzowski killin' it on colors and making me look good. I love how this came out.
Its rare a colored anything makes an appearance on my blog, so its a nice treat. This round of hi-fi technicolor goodness comes to you courtesy of Ty Tyner, via a piece I did a while back for the Can't Stop The Serenity Foundation to benefit Equality Now, a charity helping to end violence and discrimination against women and girls around the world.
Another recent commission. Batman never technically stops being fun to draw, but I think it becomes more and more difficult to do anything new with him, the more times you try it.
Took a short hiatus from drawing different characters smashing different settings and went for something a little more low-key. Turned out a bit rough around the edges but, on the whole, I'm pleased with it. Always sort of liked Grundy, despite being a poor man's version of the Hulk.

"Michael Henderson has caught my imagination. There's a drama there that is compelling. His linework is economical and sharp yet one sees all the curves. There's magic in that!"
